Customs, Duties and Taxes

Imports into any country will usually incur duties. Whatever each country decides to charge for duties is a governmental decision, something we do not have any influence or control over. These costs are your expense and in addition to your invoice charges, Black Sheep Cycling does not receive these fees.

Black Sheep Cycling takes no responsibility for individual duties or local taxes. If in doubt, check with your local customs office for tax rates and import fees.

As an Australian brand, all orders placed on the AU and US website are shipped from our warehouse in NSW, Australia. We are legally required to provide the true value of garments purchased along with an invoice for customs reasons.

Please understand when a customer confirms an order they accept full responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred and are considered to be importing goods into that country. Black Sheep Cycling take no responsibility for this part of the process and remind all customers of their legal duty as the importer to all taxes, duties and charges from their local Government. Black Sheep Cycling are unable to advise, or have any control over, customs charges.

Important: EU or UK Orders?

Please ensure that you shop at if you are based in either the European Union or United Kingdom. Orders placed on will be subject to higher import duties, and Black Sheep cannot be held responsible for these fees, and is not liable for any return postage fee. Trust us, it's far easier if you just shop on our designated European Website.
