If you’ve placed an order for a product which has sold out or been backordered, our Customer Service team will contact you directly as soon as possible to ensure an alternative garment can be arranged or your order refund.

We always aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible though during busy periods such as releases or sales there may be a delay of up to 24-48 hours.
