What is the return process?

STEP ONE: Lodge a return request

To lodge a return request, click the below link. You will need your email address and order number.

Complete the web form to let us know which products you will be returning and why. Please note, we do not cover the costs of return freight. However, we will ship your return garment free of charge using express delivery.

If you ordered through Cycling Emporium, Sigma Sports or you received the garment as a gift, please contact our customer support directly via info@blacksheepcycling.cc for further assistance.

 

STEP TWO: *24 hours later*

Our warehouse team will review your request within 24-48 hours, don’t worry you don’t have to wait long! Once you have submitted a return request, we will review and approve your request. If approved, you will receive further instructions to proceed with the returns process. 

 

STEP THREE: Prepare the garment for return

Once your request has been approved, pack the garments you wish to return along with your proof of purchase (confirmation email or invoice) and a note specifying your RMA# in a satchel. You can use the satchel the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

STEP FOUR: Received your return

You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the return has been finalised. 

Please note, returned items must be in a new and unused/unworn condition in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged.
